• Powertrain- Powertrain of this car produces approximately 671 horsepower making it compatible with LMDH(Le Mans Daytona hybrid) specification. This powertrain is a 32 litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine that is paired with a hybrid system and has 7-speed sequential transmission system.
• Design- According to cheif creative officer Luc Donckerwolke this hypercar is “The livery is an orchestration of the tension and balance of the distinctly Korean character of the brand with gradients from Magma orange to dark red emphasizing the high temperature of the powertrain. And the color gradients from light to dark of the Magma writing in Hangeul is an optical doppler effect that expresses the glorious sound of the V-8 Twin Turbo engine in motion.” Design DNA of this hypercar complements its aerodynamic efficiency.
• Genesis Magma Racing Team- This team is led by Cyril Abiteboul, he was the head of the Renailt F1. Seasoned driver Andre Lotterer and Pipo Derani will be racing for this team in 2026 WEC. For 2025 European Le Mans racing team has confirmed Jamie Chadwick and Mathys Jaubert as their driver. You should know that Magma is performace sub-brand of Genesis. It is just like Mercedes AMG and BMW M division.
